Caron Morgan
Caron is the driving force behind the business. She brings many years’ experience, having worked in the decorating trade since 1999. She can turn her hand to anything, from a straightforward internal or external painting job, right up to plastering, tiling, laying laminate flooring, garden landscaping and even fitting new bathrooms and kitchens! However, whatever task she is taking on, you can be sure that Caron will always display a fanatical attention to detail, as well as treating you and your property with the utmost care and consideration.
Natalie Barnett
Natalie is Caron’s daughter, and is equally committed to ensuring all our customers enjoy the very best quality service. Natalie was also the only woman (so far!) to ever enrol at Stroud College to take a formal joinery qualification. She has been a fully qualified bench joiner for 10 years, and claimed third place nationally in a UK-wide joinery competition which was open to both men and women, having already won top spot in the South West Region. So to say she knows how to do great woodworking, carpentry and joinery work would be a serious understatement!
Ryan Morgan
The remaining member of the core leadership team for the business is Caron’s eldest son Ryan. As you would expect, Ryan is equally skilled in all manner of painting and decorating, woodworking and general property maintenance work, and – like his sister – is also a fully qualified bench joiner. As with the rest of the family, he too is totally obsessed with ensuring that all our customers’ individual requirements are met… and preferably exceeded! Ryan also handles many of the light maintenance jobs, such as repairing plasterwork and damp proofing, ceiling and roof replacement, loft conversions and such like.
Mark Harber
In addition to this core team, other family members that we call on for various jobs include Caron’s brother, Mark Harber, who is a successful local builder with over 40 years’ experience, and is able to undertake any building contract from the very small to building an entire house.
Mark works alongside his son, Andrew, who himself has over 15 years’ experience in the building trade, has exceptional attention to detail, and always puts the needs of his customer first.
Last (but definitely not least!), Caron’s husband Stephen, who runs a bespoke joinery and carpentry firm specialising in sash windows for period properties, is also actively involved in supporting our customers as and when required.
So, whatever the job, large or small, from decorating an entire house to just a single room, from painting the walls of a character cottage or just a few window frames, from fitting an entire kitchen to just fixing a shelf or two, please do get in touch and give us a try!
Our particular speciality is working for older people and women on their own, who we find often prefer to deal with women rather than men when it comes to getting jobs done around the house. However, we are of course happy to work for anyone who needs our services!
